Shawn Dhanda is a member of the Sutton Group – Mattu Realty team who joined as a Commercial Realtor in 2011. Shawn specializes in land acquisition, assembly for multi-family, commercial and industrial development. He works in all areas of our business but focuses on contracts, amendments, administration and communication.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Shawn worked as a manager for Purolator Courier managing both air and ground operations out of the Vancouver International Airport.

Savey has been in the real estate industry for more than thirty-six years. Since graduating with a business degree from UBC in 1981, he has specialized in complex land acquisition and assembly for multi-family, commercial and industrial developments and has experience in all aspects of development including land appraisal, negotiations, rezoning and permit applications, public hearings, construction project management and marketing. Over his many years in the industry, Savey has established a positive working relationship with many of the prominent and established developers in the lower mainland.
